Changes to Ordering of Repeat Prescriptions
The Prescription Order Direct Service (POD) has been decommissioned:
From 24 October 2025 you can order your repeat medications
- Using Your NHS Account
- Using your Patient Access account
- Completing the Right-Hand side of your prescription form
- Using the prescription request form available in Practice
Paper Prescriptions requests can be dropped off at the Practice or Wenlock Pharmacy in the designated boxes provided.
- Please allow 5 working days from ordering to collection of your prescription.
- Order no more than 7 days in advance of your medication running out
- Much Wenlock Patients – collect prescriptions AFTER 4pm
- Cressage Dispensing Patients – await text notification that medication is ready for collection – if you have not registered for text notifications please speak to Reception.
Please note we no longer accept medication requests by phone or email
If you have run out of your repeat medication and urgently need medication please contact NHS 111 and they will advise on pharmacies who will be able to issue short term medication.
