FLU & COVID VACCINATION BOOKING NOW OPEN!

Autumn Flu and Covid Vaccinations at William Brookes School in October 2024 are now available to book:

Online - via NHS App/Patient Access - please select the appropriate appointment for your age group

Phone - 01952 726011 (please avoid ringing before 9.30 am)

In Practice - please pop into the Practice between 8.30am to 1.00pm; 2.00pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that appointments will be cancelled for patients booked in who are not eligible for these vaccinations.

Eligible Patients:

• all adults aged 65 years and over
• persons aged 6 months to 64 years in a clinical risk group
• Older adults in care settings eg residential homes 

Please note the Practice will contact parents of young children to book into specific clinics held at the Practice and will be arranging clinics at the Wheatlands and Lady Forester Nursing home as well as visiting those patients who are housebound
