Young People Friendly Service... Our promise to you

• We will keep your visit here secret. We will have a confidentiality (secrecy) policy and we will display our confidentiality statement following it.
• Our reception team will make it easy for you to be given an appointment on the same day, for emergency contraception.
• We will offer a range of contraceptive methods including free condoms.
• We will offer a range of leaflets on contraception and sexual health, designed for young people.
• We welcome young people needing contraceptive services who are not registered with this Practice.
• If you are pregnant and not sure what to do next, we will refer you to someone who can offer further support.
• We will not judge you. We will treat you with respect, no matter why you have come to see us ,your age, race, sex, sexuality or ability.
