Following the retirement of Dr Hay from the Practice, all patients listed with Dr Hay as their accountable/usual GP have been reallocated to Dr Price. Please note that this is an administrative process and for information only. Patients are not required to take any action and may still request to see/speak to any of the other doctors in the Practice.
