A new service has been launched to support Shropshire residents who are experiencing and suffering from bereavement and loss during the coronavirus pandemic. The offer is open to anyone who has been bereaved by either a recent death or previous loss. The Bereavement Support Service is operated by Shropshire Council and community voluntary partners Samaritans, CRUSE, and Severn Hospice and CRANE counselling. The Cinnamon Trust
The Cinnamon Trust is the only specialist national charity for people in their last years and their much loved, much needed companion animals. The aim of the Trust is to keep pet and owner together.
A national network of 15,000 volunteers “hold hands” with owners to provide practical help when day to day care is a problem by taking the dog for walks for a housebound owner.
